FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel

What a fun, fabulous find! A good size hotel that has a boutique vibe. Art is their main focus featuring local artists. All work available for purchase. Room had an industrial NY loft feel which we really loved. Views from room were great. Historic brick church next door with downtown city lights in the distance. Bar and restaurant off the lobby. Vibe was lively and food was delicious. Great staff. A definite do over. Finding the entrance off the street and parking were the only minor struggle. Other than that, if you want something a little out of the ordinary but pristine clean and fun, this definitely fits the bill.

Love this hotel Fun Artie and funky design. I hated it the walls are thin I vould hear the people nin the next room I havevto sleep during tje day i work nights i was concerned anout tje noise. Sexy shower and room. Walking distance to restaurants

Parking $35/day in the back. Art is inappropriate and demonic. I would not bring children here. However, for adults: very nice bed & pillows. close to the metro, sexy shower, fun patio outside. Daily $15 food credit drives business to the restaurant downstairs, which has a very inviting vibe. CUTE pink pens in each room! Slow elevators. Crime seems pretty low in December.

Overall an average experience. It’s fine for a nights stay. Not much happening in this part of town in the evening. There are some decent restaurants around but not too many. It was close to the airport and we were staying a single night so we didn’t care much. If you staying for few days then look for a better part of town.

I really enjoyed my stay here while visiting. Great location, reasonable price, and the folks at the front desk were amazing and very accommodating. Steven Hill was especially kind and welcoming; anytime I had questions, he was knowledgeable, insightful, and genuinely helpful. The view of the skyline from my room was incredible, and I was close to everywhere I needed to go. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in town.

I loved staying here! This is both a well-designed, cozy and affordable hotel. Loved the bar, all the artwork (it features local artwork in rooms, the lobby, and in an art room within the hotel), and the modern industrial interior design. The staff is really nice and you have a $15/day credit to use for food or alcohol. I appreciate they have a luggage storage / bag holding space, which is perfect if you are going to an event at the Phoenix Convention Center. I highly recommend this place!

I get the privilege of staying in this hotel several times a year while I facilitate business mastermind groups. Every member of the staff has been a pleasure to interact with. The food for the group meetings is much better than standard hotel catering. All of the audiovisual equipment is in excellent condition. And the restaurant on site is a pleasant surprise (Delicious food, which you don’t normally experience in a hotel restaurant). My only minor complaints is getting used to not having bedside tables in the room And the wheels on the luggage racks are difficult to get over the elevator entry and the room entry. Bigger wheels would probably fix that issue. An added bonus is we frequently get the entire pool deck to ourselves

Great looking hotel. On a work trip. Plenty of space to have group sessions. The rooms are modern and feel fresh. Love the massive Burt Reynolds piece at reception.
